Tanseek Pro Traditional
Distribution type: Commercial
Font distributor: Fonts.com
The Arabic-Latin Tanseek™ typeface family is the first harmonious blend of Arabic and Latin, serif and sans serif typefaces, to serve the needs of 21st century Arabic-Latin graphic communicators. Developed by a team of four typeface designers. it brings the best of Latin and Arabic typeface design into one unified super-family. Before the arrival of The Arabic-Latin Tanseek (Harmony between east and west), when Arabic and Latin typefaces were used together, Arabic-Latin font styles were difficult to reconcile. This is because the Arabic and Latin alphabets have no common design elements. Although both Arabic and Latin alphabets are rooted in Arabic and Latin calligraphic writing, the similarity ends there. This unique design is based on the Arabic calligraphy bamboo classical style respecting Arabic calligraphy and cultural rules. Typographically speaking. The Tanseek family system is the first to provide a balanced relationship between the Arabic and Latin alphabets, thereby creating uniform typographic color on a page using both alphabets.
