Whilst the proportions of Zeta are derived from classical models the letterforms themselves are totally modern in concept. When used, for example, for blocks of text little line spacing is needed to achieve good readability. Zeta is conceived as an easy reading typeface presenting an up-to-date impression wherever it is used. Due to its origins it really comes into its own when used for book design.
